Who handles it
Requests go to the commune's public domain occupation unit ( Cellule Occupation du domaine public ). It covers, among other things, reserving a parking space on the public road for a move, and parking or stopping spaces for goods lifts.
The rules
- Online form, at least 10 working days in advance. Requests are submitted through the commune's form.
- Late requests go by email, and the approved fees and administrative costs are doubled .
- If pedestrians, cyclists or traffic are affected , the request must also be filed in advance on the OSIRIS platform.
- Changes and cancellations carry additional costs under the fee regulation.
- Occupying public space without permission can lead to administrative sanctions.
